Exercise for Seniors

Gentle exercise and Tai Chi movement.

Conducted by John Uddstrom. Participants must register first time and sign a liability waiver. Pay per session ($2.00), directly to the instructor. Please arrive on time as the Library does not open to the general public until 10:00am. Participants are let in between 8:30 and 8:40.

Meets every Monday and Friday morning, 8:45-9:45am.
